In this workshop, kids will tune into the subtle energy around them and learn simple methods of using Reiki and other techniques to calm themselves and feel empowered. This course is experiential and creative. The children will have fun in a nurturing, supportive environment.
Kids have a natural awareness of healing energy and can often see it. They are very close to the flow of life. In this class, we honor their unique perspectives and present Reiki and other self-help tools i a way they can understand.

_ Sensing the Energy Field
_ Reiki Art and Creative Expression
_ Reiki I attunement (if desired) and self soothing techniques
_ Giving healing energy to plants, food, people

Cost: $50 per child. This includes the Reiki Kids manual, certificate and all the art materials.
